EN
Yannick is a long time crypto entrepreneur who began collecting crypto art earlier in 2021. Since then, he has amassed over 40 rare crypto artworks which account for one of the most valuable collections on SuperRare. He is now dedicating his time to the evangelization of the crypto art industry via 0x Society, helping artists and collectors navigate the crypto art space and take advantage of its potential. In his 9 to 5, Yannick is building products at Figment to help onboard the next 1 million developers to Web 3.
Bianca completed an Intellectual Property Law Masters in December 2020, for which she wrote a thesis on how to use blockchain in authenticating art. When the word “crypto art” became a buzzword in January 2021, it only made sense for her to dig deeper. After talking with multiple artists and researching the topic even more, she and Yannick saw an opportunity and the need for a global resource dedicated not only to artists, but also to collectors. Her passion for art turned into a project that now fulfils many of her interests, and she hopes it can help others to grasp the potential of blockchain technology for the art world.

Alycia Rainaud is Maalavidaa, a french Graphic Designer and Digital Artist based in Montréal, Canada. Inspired by Jungian therapy, color therapy and meditation, her work explores life’s complexity and the feelings that arise from that reality through daily abstractions.
Think of it as a tool for self-expression as well as a path to increase emotional intelligence and mental health sensitivity. Alycia joined 0x Society in early April 2021 to help with creative decisions and to support the project in general.

Alexy Préfontaine, aka aeforia, is a 3D artist from Montreal, Canada. His work is all about colors, balance and emotion. Blending surreal landscapes and digital portraiture, he has managed to craft a distinct style over the years and develop a keen eye for details, while focusing on the emotional impact. He joined 0x Society in early April 2021 to help with creative decisions and to support the project in general.
Originally from British Columbia, Carter now lives in Montreal while attending college for Professional Photography.
Part of our first 0x Grants program cohort, Carter now works as one of our Hosts and Discord/Community Manager. His main interests lie in photography, crypto art, and smart contact technology.

Myriam is the Content Marketing Specialist of 0x Society. She has spent the past two years researching contemporary art accessibility while pursuing a Master’s in Museum Studies. She’s worked in several museums and galleries across Quebec, Montreal and New York. She also holds a Bachelor’s in Education.

Venessa is the Project Manager and Curator of 0x Society. Having worked for the National Gallery of Canada, she transitioned from the traditional art sphere to the digital art world. She is pursuing a Master’s in Film Studies with a specialization in African Studies and is interested in theories of visuality and its effects on us, as spectators. Venessa also leads research for independent exhibitions having been recognized by both Montreal and Quebec’s Arts Councils. Her work has further been highlighted by New York based organisation Printed Matter to win the MobileCoin Prize with the New Arts Dealer’s Association during Miami’s Art Basel 2021. She is hopeful of the vast opportunities that blockchain is offering to combat the disparities of our world.

Melissa is a hostess for the Crypto Art gallery. She is currently a student at Dawson College in 3D Animation & CGI. She enjoys doing art, whether it is digital or traditional, and use her knowledge in that field to help with 0x Society’s cause. Melissa helps the 0x Team in bringing a change in the world of digital art.
